  • Safety concerns (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters)
  • Insufficient participation for group tours
  • Government restrictions or travel advisories
  • Operational issues beyond our control

In such cases, travelers may choose one of the following options:

  • Full refund of payments made
  • Rescheduling the travel service for an alternative date
  • Credit toward a future booking with Xenqaviro

We are not responsible for additional costs incurred outside the booking price, such as independently purchased flights or accommodations.


5. Non-Refundable Services
